Rick Wurst joined The Managed Assets Group as a Financial Advisor and VP-Operations.  He is the managing principal for both the Paynesville and Willmar offices.  He is fully securities registered and has over 25 years experience in the brokerage industry.  He also has over 20 years of experience in small business, farm and individual income tax planning and preparation.  He serves on the Board of Directors for a financial institution in St. Cloud.

Rick prides himself in helping the clients of The Managed Assets Group in preserving their wealth and helping them plan for the future.

Rick resides in the Rockville/Grand Lake area.  He has 2 grown daughters.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, motorcycling, sporting events – anything outdoors!  Classic cars are also a favorite.
